Zinc tablets - Clarence, Sarnia, Canada

After suffering from large outbreaks all over my body, and the scars from uncontrolled scratching, I found a solution to help me. I can't say if it will help any others or cause any side effects. I take 1 mg. of zinc per pound of body weight per day. It take a few days, but 99% of the problems are gone, with only a small, occasional flare up. One of the side effect I notice is that I seldom get colds or the flu. God bless.
