Features - How Eastenders actress, Nadia Sawalha, treats her eczema

Actress and TV presenter Nadia Sawalha started suffering with eczema at the age of 17. It then disappeared but came back at the age of 39 and six months after the birth of her first daughter when she was away filming in Spain.

Nadia's eczema got so bad that by the time her daughter was 1 year old she couldn't pick her up and was unable to cook. Her husband finally made her an appointment to see her homeopath, Rachel. Nadia had first been introduced to her when she was about 20 and had visited her several times over that period. However, Nadia felt that her eczema was something she had to deal with on her own and hadn't considered going to see Rachel.

Nadia was given some mezereum, a Eurasian shrub extract traditionally used to heal skin complaints and within 48 hours of using it her skin was renewing itself.

Nadia acknowledges that homeopathy will not solve everybody's problems, however it has worked for her.
