Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. The prize is non-transferable and if the winner is unable to take the prize before the end of May 2010, no financial alternative will be offered. The prize is one night of self-catering accommodation for two at The Guesthouse East in Eastbourne.  Breakfast, extra services or additional numbers staying in the suite will be charged for and should be booked in advance.  All guests are liable for any damages and The Guesthouse East is strictly no-smoking.
